Refund policy

Returns: 

All ingredient information is available on each product page for your convenience. It is the responsibly of you (the consumer) to read the ingredients of each product before purchasing and determining if the product is right for you. We recommend you do not use the products if you have a known allergy to an ingredient. If you have sensitive skin, please perform a "patch test" to ensure that your skin is compatible with a product before using.

If you wish to return the product please email us at contact@shopmudsuds.com, so we can make sure you're using the products correctly. We want to give you every opportunity to achieve the results you're looking for!

Refunds:

Unopened, unused products can be returned within 30 days of original purchase. Opened products must be returned within 15 days of original purchase and contain all unused portion. Returned products will be refunded original purchase amount minus shipping costs. Please email us before returning your products, we will not accept returns that we have not received an email about.
